Soinn Academy Prizren is proud to announce its engagement in the Internode Prizren Internship 2026 Program, funded by the U.S. Peace Corps and implemented in cooperation with OHA (Organizata Humanitare për Arsim). Through this program, Soinn Academy Prizren has engaged an intern, providing an opportunity for practical experience, professional development, and the development of new skills in a professional environment. On August 12, 2026, we were honored to welcome Audrey Greenwood from the U.S. Peace Corps and Sermin Turtulla from OHA to Soinn Academy Prizren. The visit provided an excellent opportunity to discuss the intern's engagement, share experiences, and explore possibilities for future cooperation between our organizations. During the visit, Soinn Academy Prizren was also presented with a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of its contribution and engagement with the Internode Prizren Internship 2026 Program, funded by the U.S. Peace Corps. We are grateful to the U.S. Peace Corps and OHA for their trust and support. This recognition is an important motivation for us to continue supporting young people by providing opportunities for learning, practical experience, and professional growth. Soinn Academy Prizren looks forward to strengthening this cooperation and developing future initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for young people in our community.
We are happy to share that we welcomed Yllka Gashi to SOINN Academy as a voluntary intern. During her internship, Yllka successfully completed the Tech Summer School for Kids, becoming a valued part of the Academy community. Designed for children aged 8–13, the program took place over two weeks, during which Yllka worked closely with the lead instructor and provided valuable support throughout the program. Her responsibilities included assisting the instructor during classroom activities and practical exercises, helping students understand technology concepts, and providing individual support to students who required additional guidance. The curriculum she supported covered programming fundamentals, computer essentials, cybersecurity, Google Drive and cloud computing, as well as basic computer networking. Throughout her experience, Yllka demonstrated professionalism, responsibility, excellent communication skills, patience, teamwork, and genuine enthusiasm for working with young learners. We are grateful for her contribution and for the opportunity to share our experience with her. We wish Yllka Gashi continued success in her future journey!
